so yah i finished this pic because my dear friend Dear magggot has been nagging me to do it.

ummm about the character, i just came up with him in an moment of inspiration . this is a picture of him in hie uniform, usually he looks much nicer. i haven't really figured out his background but he lost his arms and received a pair of mechanical arms, but he was already trained as a craftsman and built his own mechanical arms around his bones, yah he decided to keep them for their weird properties or something. so if you can see the boney parts of the hand, good job it was badly done anyways.
