armpit down? do you mean the rest of the picture that is bellow the arm pit?
i ended up doing it darker on purpose because there was too many white spaces in the armor to apply the 30%/70% black and white rule (though i think i failed that mark anyways)

i know the right side isn't very clear because of the overload of 0 and 1 marks, i did an overdose on the right side because there was nothing important on the bottom right- just his cape.
is the left side unclear too?
well i can't correct this one anyways, but i did learn a bit from working with this piece

I guess the 1s and 0s and the cape killed his right side. Not so visible, but I mean, its just a small detail

Although I wonder where ths light source is?

Heh this is actually pretty clever. Especially considering the context of it since in the dark knight movie Bruce was able to literally 'see' through the waves of any electronic device within Gotham like a sonar. And they even included the white eyelids from the cartoons and comics! Epic win.By the way I wouldn't worry much about the scanner quality since it actually fits within the intention of the piece.

oh wow, i didn't know that at all . BUT i'm glad it fits that reason aswell!

the reason i did the electronic code was for something different- rather it represent's Batman's image- the fact that Bruce is unmasking himself is in essence killing the image of batman (i'd like to think that he's doing this in front of the world), that's what i mean by apoptosis (cellular suicide) however in biology, the apoptosis function is encoded into our cells so that once cells get old, the body can get rid of it and make room for new cells.
i never read the batman comic or watched the dark knight- but if bruce were to unmask himself in front of the whole world, it would destroy his image as a generic rich guy and it would destroy batman's image in the eyes of the fictitious world. in the place of that image would be be a new image, just as one cell goes through apoptosis, another will replace the dead cell.

anyways- sorry about the rant, i guess its really hard to communicate those idea's with just an image
